Method of Payment
Fees are payable in Canadian funds by cheque or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). If you are paying by cheque, please make it payable to the OCRI.
Registration Confirmation
Your registration will be confirmed by mail, fax or e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to October 19, 2007 are reimbursed less a $75.00 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations on or after October 19, 2007.
Group Discount
A Group Discount of 10% is applicable to the total registration fee amount if one organization registers five (5) people or more AT THE SAME TIME (separate form required for each registrant). Please fax your request along with all the respective forms or call (613) 726-3444.
Hotel
The Westin Hotel is offering special discounted rates for BioNorth 2007 participants. To book your reservation contact the Westin Hotel's Reservation Department at (613) 560-7000 or the Central Reservation System at 1-800-WESTIN-1.
Don't forget to mention BioNorth 2007 when making your reservation.
Cut off date for reservations is Thursday, November 1, 2007.
